What is your minimum order quantity?+
Most products start at 50–100 pieces. Paper cups and food trays start at 500–1,000. We publish full MOQs by product on our Pricing page — no hidden 20,000-piece minimums.
How long does production take?+
Typical lead time is 10–21 days from artwork approval, depending on product and finishing. Rush production is possible on select items.
Do you provide artwork help?+
Yes. We supply free dielines and templates, and our design team can adapt existing brand assets for print. Full design services are available for a small fee.
Can I get physical samples first?+
Absolutely. We offer digital proofs on every job and physical pre-production samples on most products for a nominal fee, refunded against your order.
Do you ship outside Thailand?+
Yes. We regularly ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and beyond via air and sea freight.
Are your materials sustainable?+
Most of our kraft and paperboard stocks are FSC-certified and recyclable. We also offer compostable food-contact linings and soy-based inks on request.
